I bought the car on June 9th and didn't take possession of it until 2 weeks later. The problem seemed to be that they put it on their lot without fully checking the vehicle out. A lot of over looked item of it until 2 weeks later. The problem seemed to be that they put it on their lot without fully checking the vehicle out. A lot of over looked items had to be replaced, repaired, or installed due to missing items. Granted all the repairs were done at no charge to me, but they could have offered a loaner vehicle or money off the price for my wait. They took me out of the car buying and I lost a lot of potential vehicles waiting. I sure hope this vehicle turns out to be a gem and I don't have to put any money into it for a couple of years. Very disappointed in the follow-up, I had to contact them 7 days later to find out what is going on. I have never had a car buying experience like this one, but I guess I can cross that out on my bucket list. More

I purchased a car from the dealership on Watson. After purchasing the car, I've had to take it back to the dealership 5+ times within a month because things kept going wrong. The dealership has no idea ho purchasing the car, I've had to take it back to the dealership 5+ times within a month because things kept going wrong. The dealership has no idea how to manage their time properly. They call me in to allow their mechanic to fix something and I am forced to wait 30 minutes before they help me. Their mechanic was supposed to fix an easy problem with my car and ended up causing even more problems. I tried to contact my salesman after the purchase with questions and he was extremely dismissive of me. If I could have it my way, I would want my money back and they can have their car back, because this entire experience with them was one of the absolute worst things that I have ever had to go through, and I sincerely hope nobody else ever purchases a car from them ever again, because I wouldn't wish my experience with them upon my biggest enemies. More

Process was okay until the purchase was made and papers were signed. Pleased with vehicle, but after calling, texting, and e-mailing salesman I am not getting any responses back. Don;t expect your referral money Happy with the car and the salesman, , but very unhappy about the run around for the $100.00 referral money.
