oil for life! what a waste of time! I took my truck into serv. for a simple oil change at 9:00 a.m. was told truck would not be done till late afternoon, meaning closing. Absurd! Very poor service. The did not perform oil change or tire rotation as they say they did. Also my truck records are not true. Will not do business with them. Just this Monday, I had my Service for Life (oil Change, etc). I asked Peter to check out a few problems with hesitation & vibration. Also to make sure this aging car was road worthy. Front Brakes in particular caught my attention. Those brakes were barely a year old. This sent up a warning signal and I took my car to another repair shop. They put it up on a rack and brought me back to show me that the front brakes were almost new, with less that measurable wear. They then also showed me the other work that was suggested and told me it wasn't needed. The real kicker was a major rack & pinon leak that would have become a problem with the remote highway driving that I do. I'm so disapointed in Jim Click Repair and wonder how many times they have defrauded me. My family has bought many cars from a wonderful saleperson, but now I question if I'll ever buy another there is I can't trust the repair department! More
