Jim Click Ford Service has been the worst experience we have ever had. We paid $8,000 for a new transmission and waited five weeks to get our vehicle back. After only two months, the transmission failed have ever had. We paid $8,000 for a new transmission and waited five weeks to get our vehicle back. After only two months, the transmission failed again—this time at 5:00 a.m. while we were on our way to surgery in Tucson. We were left stranded and had to call an Uber and a tow truck. When I contacted the service department, I was told it was “at their discretion” whether or not we would be given a loaner vehicle. That is completely unacceptable after the amount of money we paid and the seriousness of the situation. When you pay for a major repair like this, you expect the vehicle to be safe, reliable, and properly repaired. That trust has been completely broken. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. If this matter is not handled appropriately, we will be seeking legal assistance. ⸻ More
