Good product, excellent sales experience, and easy purchase I had been reviewing specs on several smaller SUV's and finaled it down to three automakers...decided that I would enter each dealer 1 day at a time, I had been reviewing specs on several smaller SUV's and finaled it down to three automakers...decided that I would enter each dealer 1 day at a time, offer a fair OTD price the vehicle and if that didnt work, wait and try the next dealer the next day. No harm , no foul. I was impressed by the sales person, how direct & cooperative they were. Needless to say,, after day one I walked (actually drove away) with a new Hyundai Tucson. Adrian Hernandez was excellent and even with a test drive and financing at the dealership I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The sales staff made it easy and enjoyable. This was not the case with my last purchase from another automall dealer and i was dreading this visit. But conversely I would recommend the product (Hyundai), sales staff (Adrian in particular) and other support staff (service, finance, vehicle prep etc). More
