Refused to look at my documentation pertaining to the matter and when he called me to tell me what I already knew to be true he changed his attitude real quick. When I replied to their survey they sent me I received no answer from anyone or apologies. They are apparently only interested in ten star responses. Now, a few days after my vehicle being serviced by them I have a strange noise happening in the rear of the vehicle. Absolutely no problem before I brought it to them. I really am thinking they did something to my car thinking I'd bring it back to them to get it fixed. Ha! Why would I do that, ever? They are obviously overpriced and I would never subject myself to that kind of treatment again from them. I definitely do not trust these guys. Will never recommend them to anyone! More
