1 star because there are no negative stars. I went in test drove 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees, I decided to go for VIN#: 1C4RJKDG9M8119731 Stock#: C230472A. The salesman asked for a deposit of $500 w I went in test drove 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees, I decided to go for VIN#: 1C4RJKDG9M8119731 Stock#: C230472A. The salesman asked for a deposit of $500 we gave him (Jose Luis Gallardo) the card information he said he would take a picture of the receipt and text it to us. We got back with Jose Luis Gallardo who was talking back and forth with his manager as we filled the Credit application paper work. He ran my credit and my father's credit, once he was done running our credit he comes to us and says the car sold. We argued for a few minutes I asked for the credit application and my documents, but they only gave me my ID (driver license) back. More

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my pre-owned Jeep Wrangler. My sales person was Cheyenne Clevish. She was knowledgeable and personable and made the buying experience easy for me. She was able to answer all my questions and was no-pressure sales which I appreciated. I had to leave my car for a couple of days and when I returned to pick it up she had made a "Daisy" sign (the name I gave my Jeep) hanging from the rear view mirror...then took pictures of me with my car and with her. I wasn't planning on buying a car and yet I drove off the lot with the perfect one! Not expecting to find anything in my price range at the dealership, I intended to simply check out the ergonomics of variou lot with the perfect one! Not expecting to find anything in my price range at the dealership, I intended to simply check out the ergonomics of various Jeep models and hoped to find a good ole 4x4 online. Much to my surprise, Cheyenne Clevish had been keeping her eye on the perfect vehicle for me! After a road trip to the beach, and 4-wheeeeling, I am totally in love with Glenda, my '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and she truly is grand! The Ginga Ninja came right up to me to ask if I needed help and was patient and engaging while I was testing out the ergonomics. When she asked what I was really looking for, I was honest and said that I wanted a cheap old 4x4. Within seconds she had pulled up the perfect vehicle on her phone that was on a different lot and ran off to get it.
