He is not make me feel pressured one bit. He encouraged me to look at more than one vehicle to ensure the one I wanted. He easily could have stated that I needed to hurry because I was taking awhile to make decision which means less sales for that day but instead he helped me the whole way, until the end. We did a trade in and I was not completely happy with the trade amount. They did adjust it twice and got to it an acceptable rate, but still could have been better. Overall... very decent experience and Brittney was awesome! Also enjoyed dealing with our Finance person, however, I cannot remember his name! He was funny and fast.... both appreciated! More

After a poor experience I decided to go to Jim Click jeep and have zero regrets. I got there as they opened and was greeted by their sales manager Richard. Every part of the buying experience was flawless. I brought our Cherokee back later in the day and was introduced to Ash who assisted in the sale. I can't say enough about their willingness to make me happy and get exactly what I was looking for. let's face it, buying a car is never something anyone looks forward to but being about the 10th new car I've bought I have to say this was the best and I have Ash and Richard to thank for it.
