When I needed a car, all I had to do was make a call to Venessa Pain I explained the car that I needed the number of doors I wanted and it had to be a four-door sedan full-size within an hour. I had an appointment to bring in my car for repair last week on Thursday at 10:30 am Jim Click Nissan at Auto Mall, Tucson. My service guy, who I had appointment with was nowhere to find. They checked in week on Thursday at 10:30 am Jim Click Nissan at Auto Mall, Tucson. My service guy, who I had appointment with was nowhere to find. They checked in my car still under manufacturer's warranty, makes cracking noises under the hood. Today is Monday, we have never heard from them, we left a few messages already and nobody calls back with the status of my ROGUE 2024 with 30,000 miles on it and already needs repair with noise around the motor and more. Customer service at this dealer should have a zero rating, in my opinion. Today, I finally called a service manager,he did not find any info in the system about my car. Ofcourse he took "MY BEST NUMBER TO CALL ME BACK" but I am still waiting. I am looking at these reviews, almost all of them are 1-2 stars. How do they get an average of their ratings four and a half stars? Horrible customer service. Will never bring my car for service and repairs to Jim Click. How can he tolerate these many complains? More

Ayer 7 de mayo recibo un mal servicio de los mecánicos de este lugar.Me dicen que cogieron los ponches de las gomas y a las 2 horas las gomas estaban igual y casi tengo un accidente buscando a mi hijo de la este lugar.Me dicen que cogieron los ponches de las gomas y a las 2 horas las gomas estaban igual y casi tengo un accidente buscando a mi hijo de la escuela.Al otro día voy y por quejarme del mal servicio recibo otro mal trato como represalias por quejarme y me reparan el supuesto ponche con otra goma y me cobran el servicio.Minimo no deberían ni cobrarme por el mal trabajo de ayer y de hoy que el carro me lo devuelven lleno de grasas en los rines y muy sucio.Es decepcionante esta atención al cliente.
