It is true that I did have pricing information and so I was ready to know what I thought was a fair price, and what was a good price. But even with that, I typically like to "sleep on it" to think over with whom I'm doing business. But I was comfortable enough to pull the trigger and made the deal when we did, within about 20 minutes, reach what I felt was a good price for my 2010 G37 Coupe. Even the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were friendly and direct. So I think it's safe to objectively rate the dealership as a stand-out from other dealerships in their handling of customers. You should know that the car I wanted was at a dealership as close to my home as JC but I wanted Ahmad to have my business. He got the car, I bought the car.
