My Best Car Deal Yet! I am a little rough to deal with when it comes to negotiating. I admit that. Its been a few years since my last car lease/purchase and I was re I am a little rough to deal with when it comes to negotiating. I admit that. Its been a few years since my last car lease/purchase and I was ready for the same old run around with the salesman walking away, coming back a few dollars cheaper, and banking on my patience for me to settle high. Tom Bowen was very polite and never said anything that wasn't true. He never tried to lead me with any desperate sales tactics either. Someone needs to tell Lakewood Toyota that those days are behind us. Anyway, once I got to Bill Turtora and it was time to get the bottom line on the price, it was all business and it only took 2 quick offers for him to make it work for me. Then again when it came loan approval time once we agreed on all the numbers, I had a hang up with my credit. I explained to Tom what happened, he gave them an explanation they could accept and was able to get me over that last hump in the process and make it all come together. Well worth the trip to this Kia dealership if you are thinking about buying one! More

Tom was excellent from the beginning, as soon as he welcomed by husband and I through the door we felt comfortable and interested in pursuing to purchase vehicles through this dealership. When we were done working with Tom and ready to discuss the finance end of it, Jim was there. Jim was awesome, answered all of our questions and explained everything in full detail (which usually doesn't happen at dealerships because they rush you).
