I recently had a great experience at Jim Curley KIA in Lakewood, NJ thanks to Jim Chretien (sales) & Jim Sweitzer (finance). As we all know buying a car can be one of the most stressful things you can do in your life. Thanks to the two gentlemen I previously mentioned, my experience was a pleasure. I traded my 2001 Honda Odyssey for a 2011 KIA Sorento in literally the blink of an eye. Jim C. came back with a price for my trade in & we asked if he could do a little better & within 3 minutes the deal was done! No joke! It was that simple & smooth. Now here is the kicker that made this experience just that much better. Mr. Jim Curley himself came over to visit my wife & myself at Jim C's desk & thanked us for supporting his dealership. Absolutely fantastic! Didn't get any great discounts, but hey it is a new car. Boys at the Dealership were wonderful and helpful. Would've preferred to have more choices available for model I chose.
