Horrible Experience Set up an appointment to have my trucks oil change. My wife went for me cause I had to work. She got there and from the time she got there to the time Set up an appointment to have my trucks oil change. My wife went for me cause I had to work. She got there and from the time she got there to the time she left, she was disrespected and talked to like a child. Before my wife even stepped foot there, I had told her what was needed. The guy who was helping her told her she didnt know what she was talking about and that he'd much rather talk to me. I called my wife, she put him on the phone and I told him, all I want is a simple oil change and that I had noticed the oil pressure just a little low, if he wouldn't mind making sure everything was tight and wasn't leaking. Next thing i know, apparently they've started ripping my truck apart and are charging me for things I DID NOT request and at the end of it all i was stuck with a $411 bill instead just a simple oil change and a visual look at to make sure it wasn't leaking. I'm very unhappy with the result of the appointment. More

When we got there we were told it would take a bit as there was someone ahead of us. We told them that was ok and the service man apologized for the long wait. It took them almost 3 hours to do our air filter. More
