Very disappointing! We apologize that the service took longer than anticipated or promised and that our communication was lacking. We understand folks need their vehicles in the shop for as little time as possible given their busy lives. We aren't sure why you didn't receive paperwork but if you contact your service advisor, they will be happy to mail you a copy! Typically, we do much better than this and again, apologize your recent visit didn’t go so well.
