First time visiting I was pleased with the service and waiting areas. Though the Service Reps didn't readily acknowledge my presence because they were either with a cust I was pleased with the service and waiting areas. Rep offered service to take me back home if I didn't wish to wait. After my oil change was complete, I noticed that unlike my former dealership in NJ (Multi/Open Road) my vehicle was not washed. I did notice the list of car wash services for a price of course. Nonetheless I'll see if this will be the best place to have my Traverse serviced again in the future. More

Non-existent communication, mediocre service I had to leave my car there for two weeks because it wasn't safe to drive and the part was on back order. While the problem with the part was not something within their control, the fact that they never once called me with updates was a big problem for me. I had to call multiple times to even get someone on the phone, and they did not initiate contact. I was also given a number for text updates, but the service advisor did not return one text (or one voicemail for that matter). My car broke down less than a week later as the result of a problem secondary to the first. The service advisor sent me the number for the Canadian Roadside Assistance rather than the U.S. Then, once again, I had to initiate every call, and it took multiple attempts to get through. Once again, I left several voicemails, all of which went unreturned. As soon as my vehicle is no longer under warranty, I will never again return there for service. More

Gets the job done. If you go early in the morning and you are dedicated to get the car checked, you may need to leave it the whole day in order to get it checked without If you go early in the morning and you are dedicated to get the car checked, you may need to leave it the whole day in order to get it checked without an appointment, I had a check engine light and got the car there, it seemed like an issue of the manifold and was covered by warranty so I didn't had to pay for it. After a couple of days one of the ducts just popped out since the clamp was not tighten, it was just over it so after driving it for 2-3 days, it sounded like a balloon popping and car was not able to accelerate properly, after getting home I just opened the hood and it was easy to connect and tighten, I know issues like this may affect someone but it was easy enough and they replaced the part without charge so I am ok with the service. More
