Great service all the way around! I brought my Chevy Tahoe here for what I, and the dealership thought would be simple maintenance. A day after dropping my car off, my service rep call I brought my Chevy Tahoe here for what I, and the dealership thought would be simple maintenance. A day after dropping my car off, my service rep called and provided me a estimate. The dealership ended up having some once in a life time issues with my car and repairs took longer then any one, included the shop foreman working on my car wanted. Brandon the service manager assured me it would be handled and only asked for my patience while they worked to solve the issue. Sure enough on the fourth day I got a call saying my truck was ready to go! I went to pick it up, and was able to pay my balance on my phone securely online which was very convenient. Brandon even had it washed for me! Thank you so much for your help and getting the truck working right. Matthew More
Service for my Corvette rattle I had a minor rattle in my dashboard after a recent unfortunate collision. The original collision center could not find the cause so I brought it to I had a minor rattle in my dashboard after a recent unfortunate collision. The original collision center could not find the cause so I brought it to Brandon Colón and his team at Jim Ellis. After carefully driving the car to multiple different road areas, they were able to determine the source of the noise and fixed it promptly. Even though the rattle is technically cosmetic, it was driving me crazy. Now I can enjoy my Stingray once again! tyanks Brandon! More
Not world class service. Have had to take my 2017 Camero in a several times due to a rattling gear stick. They had it over a week each time and would come back in the same con Have had to take my 2017 Camero in a several times due to a rattling gear stick. They had it over a week each time and would come back in the same condition. I was told there is nothing wrong. The last time we took the Lemon Law Paperwork we signed at the purchase and after a week and a new service advisor taking over they were able to fix the issue. They gave the car back to us in a total mess from sitting outside for a week instead of running it through their car wash. Upon washing the car I found some minor damage to a decal and had to take it back to be fixed. They did a good job on supplying a loaner vehicle. Vladimir was nice and understanding when I had to return the vehicle for the decal damage and got that repaired within an hour. He also promised a future car wash. More
