He is a great listener and goes overboard trying to make sure the experience is "just right." My Kia Rio 2006 is about to turn over 200,000. The mechanic did a compression test on the engine, and it is mid-spec with almost no variation between the cylinders. Heck, it could easily go another 100,000 miles! If it weren't for moving soon, out of state, I would continue with this dealership's service department indefinitely. You will be sorely missed. More

No AC in July I came in with AC issues. Diana Bell noted that the problem started after I had my windshield replaced at SafeLite and suggested I contact them for w I came in with AC issues. I took her advice and Safelite scheduled the fix at no additional cost to me. Diana scheduled the recall work on my Optima and I picked up a sparkling clean car within a few hours -- no cost there either. More
Fixed a nagging transmission problem My 2016 Kia had a pesky transmission downshift problem. You could feel a strong downshift going from 5th to 4th gears. 15 min wait before I was acknowledged or helped?! I had an appt. arrived a few min early. When I walked in I waited 15 min before I was helped or acknowledged. 1 service person was already with a cust I had an appt. arrived a few min early. When I walked in I waited 15 min before I was helped or acknowledged. 1 service person was already with a customer, the other guy preferred to shuffle papers. The check out counter was full of Kia folks( which was in full view of the door). No one asked my why I was there or if I needed assistance. Not the Jim Ellis customer service that I’m used to ( I was with VW for 20 yrs and Audi for 10 yrs). Went in for an oil change and a break check.. nothing complicated. When you wash the cars you just hose it down( smearing the dirt and don’t bother to shine the tires back up- that part would be a nice touch. Please use steering wheel covers! Mine is always grimy after service! More
Go see Robbie in service I took my Kia in for an oil change and tire rotation, as they were doing the inspection they noticed one of my tires was not wearing correctly as the I took my Kia in for an oil change and tire rotation, as they were doing the inspection they noticed one of my tires was not wearing correctly as the other 3. At a closer inspection they realized the tire was separating from the inside. This could have easily been over looked and I could've had a blow out while driving and who knows what would have happened. Thank you Robbie and your team. I will be back with my Kia. More
