"DeMarkus Tate the reason to buy a vehicle at Jim Ellis"

I drive a 2013 VW Touareg that I bought at Jim Ellis. I have only ever had my car serviced at this dealership because of the incredible personal service that I receive every time with any problem. DeMarkus Tate is awesome!!! He remembers me, knows that I am on my own and goes above and beyond to make any problem his mission to resolve and get me back on the road. When it's time to replace my VW I"ll be buying another one just because of this service manager

"Making the best of a bad morning"

Thank you to the team (especially Tate) for taking car of my car (transmission issue) before the sun was even up. I came in extremely flustered after an accident and they were able to take care of the indicator light and other vehicle assessment needs before my day needed to start. I left much calmer than I came in.

Usually you expect your salesperson to pass you to the service department when you have something come up. Not the case with Jose. He could give lessons in providing excellent customer service. He took total control of making my service appointment the easiest I have ever experienced.

"General maintenance "

I went in for a warranty repair and a basic oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was super nice from the people who greeted me when I got there. To the shuttle driver who was very friendly. Stephen was very helpful on many different levels, he is one piece of the puzzle that made the visit great. Thank you for the advice Stephan.

"Great job by Adam and the service team"

I took my Routan in for a service appointment recently. I generally dread service appointments at dealerships, but Adam and his team took great care of me. Because of my extended warranty company’s lack of responsiveness, the repairs took longer than anticipated but Adam kept me in the loop everyday along the way. Will definitely recommend!
