Raul was helpful, but not pushy and gathered all the needed info for the 2nd vehicle. We needed some questions answered a few days after the sale and Raul was still willing to help and contact the right people to get those questions answered. This was the best interaction we could have hoped for. More

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw. I had visited two other dealerships in Atlanta looking for the specific Tiguan I wanted, and was not treated respectfully as a single woman who knew I had visited two other dealerships in Atlanta looking for the specific Tiguan I wanted, and was not treated respectfully as a single woman who knew what she wants. I visited Jim Ellis of Kennesaw and everyone I encountered was respectful, didn't encourage me to settle for something less than what I wanted, and reserved the Tiguan I wanted that would be coming soon. The only bad part was that I believe my trade-in was definitely under-valued, KBB trade-in value estimates approximately $2K and I was only given a little less than $1K despite the car working perfectly and really low miles. Having said that, I love my new Tiguan and the experience was very pleasant and easy. Thank you! More
