I inquired about a vehicle online, and was almost immediately greeted with a text, after chatting with someone online. I was able to secure financing before coming in, and Raul had my paperwork read immediately greeted with a text, after chatting with someone online. He was professional, kind, and showed so much patience with my decision-making (with two kiddos in tow!). He continued to check in on us, while they were preparing the vehicle for us to take home, and processing my trade in.
