I inquired about a vehicle online, and was almost immediately greeted with a text, after chatting with someone online. I was able to secure financing before coming in, and Raul had my paperwork read immediately greeted with a text, after chatting with someone online. He was professional, kind, and showed so much patience with my decision-making (with two kiddos in tow!). He continued to check in on us, while they were preparing the vehicle for us to take home, and processing my trade in. He offered coloring sheets and snacks for the kids to keep them busy while we discussed the final details.
