Zack took great care of me! I was very nervous because I had already reached my 40K limit on my lease 1.5 years early! I didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket for this infraction and I left with a new car had already reached my 40K limit on my lease 1.5 years early! Zack was patient and even started paperwork on the new car I thought I wanted ahead of time. However I changed my mind last minute and went with a different car.
