I’ve done business with Jim Ellis dealerships for many years now. A few years back I relocated to Michigan, so I’m quite a ways away now. However, when we were in the market for a GTI, my reminded me of a years now. A few years back I relocated to Michigan, so I’m quite a ways away now. However, when we were in the market for a GTI, my reminded me of an old friend working at the JE VW dealership in Kennesaw. Ryan is the GM there and is one of the most well rounded, honest folks I’ve ever dealt with. After some communication with him, he referred me to Mr. Fitch. Now, when it comes to car buying and sales reps, every customer looks for something different, personality wise. But, if you’re like me and like laidback and low pressure, but driven to get the deal closed, Randy is the guy. Honestly, there’s a difference between laidback and lazy. When I do a car deal, I need someone who’s able to do the deal via email and/or text alone. With that, I still expect there to be timely progress and ability to close the deal within reason. Mr. Fitch was spot on... I emailed Ryan on Saturday after hours. He responded Monday asking what we’d like in the GTI. He turned me over to Randy... they had the car located about 200 miles away... car was transferred Tuesday and inspected. I was in GA on Wednesday picking up the GTI after my 700 mile trip. Jim Ellis Kennesaw beat the best quote I had gotten before my wife spurred my memory, as well. These are honest folks. Treat them with trust and respect and you will have a pleasant car buying experience for the best price, period. More
