Cem, our sales rep, had communicated honestly via email and phone prior to our arrival so we were able to make a de and this was by far the best one. The paperwork took a bit of time (but that’s pretty standard) and we felt comfortable with the out the door price without any added fees or gimmicks that the other dealers tried to add on and make us pay. After purchasing our Tiguan, Cem even walked us to the car to help set up Bluetooth, download the VW car app and just made himself available to answer any of our questions. He was great! Thank you!
