Pros & Cons My salesman, Raul was fantastic. He was patient, informative and friendly. I can't give a positive rating for anything but him, but he definitely gets My salesman, Raul was fantastic. He was patient, informative and friendly. I can't give a positive rating for anything but him, but he definitely gets a 5-star rating! Once his job was done, however, I was treated like "just a number" (credit score) & poorly, at that. I am more than just a number. I felt like I was being "talked down to" and with condescending attitude. My payment plan was nowhere close to where I needed it to be, and my credit score isn't that bad. I guess they will only work with you if you have a perfect score. I was also charged for "options" that were either installed on the vehicle or that were felt forced on me. In the end, I signed the paperwork because I wanted the vehicle and I love Volkswagen. In hindsight, I should've walked out and gone down the road a bit to another VW dealership. This dealership may be great for some, but it's not for all to feel welcome at. More
