Should've gone anywhere except here! I went to this dealership for an appraisal for another Jim Ellis dealership. The salesman was pushy, deceitful, and very condescending. After leaving due to being showed 1 vehicle and offered the bottom of the line, I received a phone call offering apologises for the day before. I did end up getting the vehicle I originally wanted, unfortunately not for the terms originally discussed. My paperwork/contract had the wrong date on it and I had to go back again to correct their mistake. Steve the GM did speak with me and definitely tried to make me feel better about the whole ordeal, and Adam and Matt ended up being awesome the 3rd time around.
