Poor Handling of Post Purchase Quality and Issues The sale went fine, however, there was an acceleration issue that was discovered shortly after we left the lot... the car hesitated when the accelerat The sale went fine, however, there was an acceleration issue that was discovered shortly after we left the lot... the car hesitated when the accelerator was pressed, and at one time even bogged down to the point of almost stopping during a left-hand turn. This was promptly brought to the dealership's attention and after over a week of back and forth, they were unable to find a problem and unwilling to fix the clear acceleration/safety issue that anyone who didn't work for Jim Ellis clearly noticed. During this period of time calls were left unreturned, we were made to feel as though the issue was in our heads (even though we drove four other identical cars that accelerated just fine), lies were told, and in the end, when our car was returned to us, it drove as it was supposed to, even though supposedly nothing was found or done to the car. Our trust was broken on several levels, and we cannot in good conscience recommend anyone visit Jim Ellis VW in Kennesaw. More

Everyone on the service side is awesome and friendly. I gave that rating 2 reasons. 1. when I bought my car the sales person was great. I had a great interest rate coming in to buy the car from my U I gave that rating 2 reasons. 1. when I bought my car the sales person was great. I had a great interest rate coming in to buy the car from my USSA loan. Your VW credit team was able to get even a lower interest rate. 2. Service for my car is the a 5 star as well. Exceeded my expectation for 10,000 mile check up I recently took my Passat in for service and was told it would take about 90 minutes for the tune up. I was able to run next door and grab some lunch I recently took my Passat in for service and was told it would take about 90 minutes for the tune up. I was able to run next door and grab some lunch and did not have to spend much time in the nice waiting room until my car was ready. In fact, car was ready in less than 90 minutes so this service team exceeded my expectations. More
