I will send anyone looking for a VW to Larry Fitzpatrick I was looking to quickly and economically lease a VW Tiguan for my college-age daughter. Larry showed me that even though I was looking for a simple t I was looking to quickly and economically lease a VW Tiguan for my college-age daughter. Larry showed me that even though I was looking for a simple transaction, service always matters. He did everything right, proactively, and with ease. His own stories were inspiring and I am grateful for his service to our country. I was also impressed to learn from Kevin that Jim Ellis closes on Sundays to reflect Mr. Ellis' Christian values. I am glad Kevin told me that, and his pride in the dealership showed through -- even in our document signing session. When it comes time for the next VW -- my next daughter, next year -- I will be coming back to see Larry. Bravo. More
