Unfortunately, hours after I'd picked up the car, the check engine light icon re-appeared and I rushed to the dealership's service department at 3:45 pm on Saturday. I was helped immediately, offered a loaner, and told that they'd communicate with me on Monday -- which they did. My car wasn't ready until the end of the week, but each day I received phone calls with updates and was given use of the loaner. More

After leaving due to being showed 1 vehicle and offered the bottom of the line, I received a phone call offering apologises for the day before. I did end up getting the vehicle I originally wanted, unfortunately not for the terms originally discussed. My paperwork/contract had the wrong date on it and I had to go back again to correct their mistake. Steve the GM did speak with me and definitely tried to make me feel better about the whole ordeal, and Adam and Matt ended up being awesome the 3rd time around.
