I did not personally work with Adam so have no feedback about him. Curtis did the finance paperwork and was not especially helpful. I would have appreciated more counseling. Such as, put a down payment and we can get your payments where you want them to add in the electrical warranty. (which I would have done. He just talked so fast and flustered me to the point that I did not think of it) He tried to sell me a warranty that was for 75000 miles and insisted it was on top of the miles on the car, until I showed him on the contract that was not true. He sold me a warranty for 85000 and said it was on top of the 11000+ miles on the car getting me close to 100,000 miles. Which I hope is actually true. I just have no confidence in what he said. Steve came in a couple of times to update me on the progress. I also went and talked to Clayton, my salesman. Everyone had great positive energy. When the car was ready, it looked great! I was actually contemplating taking my car to another VW dealer closer to home but after the great experience at Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw, I will drive the extra few miles and service my car there.
