Excellent service and quick turnaround I purchased my VW Tiguan at Jim Ellis Kennesaw 2 years ago. I decided to take special care of this car due to many problems with older cars in the pa I purchased my VW Tiguan at Jim Ellis Kennesaw 2 years ago. I decided to take special care of this car due to many problems with older cars in the past. With that, I have been taking my car back to Jim Ellis for oil changes and service. Every time, including my oil change this week, have been great experiences. The team is very responsive, helpful, and eager to provide customers with the service they expect, and then exceed it. My most recent trip, I worked with Maureen Williams and she was able to quickly get my car back and have the team start the work. My oil change and service was completed quickly and Maureen explained in detail the status of my car, services performed, and anything I might need to keep an eye on in the future. Thanks to Maureen and the team and Jim Ellis for taking care me and my Tiguan! More

Terrible! When I purchased my certified pre owned 2018 Tiguan from JE of Kennesaw in November, I was assured the car was like new. Only 19k miles and extended w When I purchased my certified pre owned 2018 Tiguan from JE of Kennesaw in November, I was assured the car was like new. Only 19k miles and extended warranties, etc. Last week I noticed my brakes making a grinding noice. Made an appt with the service department and took my car in yesterday. After sitting around for almost two hours, I was informed I needed new brakes and rotors. How can a car I literally just purchased as “like new” need new brakes and rotors? After lengthy discussions, I had to leave with my car still messed up after they tried to charge upwards of $600 for repairs. I’m appalled at the service and honesty of JE of Kennesaw in general. Very sad to take advantage of customers this way!! More

Fast, responsive service on factory recall Had to take our Jetta in for a recall and was able to get a next-day appointment.
