Was a great and smooth experience buying at Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Kennesaw. Just 1 hiccup, the finance rate of interest promised at the day of deal (0.99%) was not the same that was finalized on the Volkswagen of Kennesaw. Just 1 hiccup, the finance rate of interest promised at the day of deal (0.99%) was not the same that was finalized on the day of actual delivery and payment (1.99%) They mentioned it was due to the other discounts that did not make us eligible for initially quoted 0.99% ( these discounts were applied on the day of deal already) but full transparency on the day of deal would have been better such that it did not come as a bummer on the day of delivery.
