Excellent service department I needed an oil service for my VW Touareg before leaving on a short notice 800 mile trip the next day. We have 3 VWs in the family and even though 1 was purchased as Jim Ellis, all 3 go there for service. Why? Simply because they go over and beyond to deliver excellence. I have the J-E VW app on my phone and with 3 clicks had an appointment scheduled within 1 hr. The app even has an option for I'm in a Hurry and just asks for the Year, Make, and Model, and then shows you the available time slots. Very effiient. I was having a part replaced in my Certified Preowned EOS. When I brought the car in Mr. Tate took pictures and identified what was needed. A manager helped with all questions. I made an appointment by email to test drive the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership were very courteous and professional.
