Billy Atkinson did follow up when I left a voice mail and set up an appointment with Adam Araujo, who did a fantastic job getting me into a loaner while my 2018 Tiguan's Tailagate was being returned to an operating condition. There was a delay in getting the part, but it was not a problem as I just kept trucking in the loaner. Enjoyed the ride to work in the 'scooby doo mystery machine' shuttle.
