Quick and easy I had been shopping around online for a used Nissan Leaf to trade my wife's RDX in on. I found the Leaf we purchased online and felt like I would be getting a quality used car as I feel like buying from a large delaership with better quality resources, just makes better sense. Gary responded to my online request very promptly and we set up a time for me to come take a look at the vehicle. The car looked great, but they realized there was an issue with the blower motor for the AC when they turned it on. They didnt hesitate to get it in with the service department to repair it either. I walked in with a number I had in mind for what I wanted to get for my wife's trade in which they met without even negotiating. The Leaf we purchased was already proced to sell, so signing on the dotted line was about as easy as it could have been. I'll definitely be back here when the times comes. Very helpful., honest, and easy to work with. More

WHEN THE NEW ONE ARRIVED AT THE DEALER IT WAS A BIT DIFFERENT WITH THE HUB CAPS AND THE EXHAUST TRIM. ONE OF THE GUYS IN A SUIT GOT DOWN ON THE GROUND AND PUT MY HUB CAPS AND EXHAUST PIPE COVERS FROM THE 13 ON TO THE 14.....I DO MISS VERY MUCH AARON THE SERVICE ADVISOR. HE WAS MY ADVISOR AT GOSSETT V.W. AND THEN HE CAME TO WORK FOR YOU....A TERRIFIC GUY WITH LOT'S OF PATIENCE. SINCE YOU WILL NO LONGER BE MAKING THE BUG.... THE ONE I HAVE WILL BE WITH ME UNTIL I DIE!
