I am due for a 60,000 mile service, but explained that I was moving over the weekend and didn't have the extra money for that at this time. He didn't pressure me, he said to call him when I was ready and he'd get me in. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, my daughter came down to look because she was in the market for a car. Emily was her sales person and made my daughter feel right at home. Emily was patient and understanding. Having a younger sales person to assist daughter (she is 21) was a perfect match - they got each other. Matt made the finance paperwork a breeze as well! My daughter walked out with a new car herself. It was a win/win all around. More

I found the Leaf we purchased online and felt like I would be getting a quality used car as I feel like buying from a large delaership with better quality resources, just makes better sense. Gary responded to my online request very promptly and we set up a time for me to come take a look at the vehicle. The car looked great, but they realized there was an issue with the blower motor for the AC when they turned it on. They didnt hesitate to get it in with the service department to repair it either. I walked in with a number I had in mind for what I wanted to get for my wife's trade in which they met without even negotiating. The Leaf we purchased was already proced to sell, so signing on the dotted line was about as easy as it could have been. I'll definitely be back here when the times comes.
