AFTER OWNING 7 BUGS WHAT CAN I SAY..... I AM ON MY 7TH V.W. BEETLE...ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CARS. I HAD A HUGE ISSUE WITH MY 2013 AND THE TEAM AT JIM ELLIS (ONCE MY HUSBAND GOT INVOLVED, WE WOM I AM ON MY 7TH V.W. BEETLE...ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CARS. I HAD A HUGE ISSUE WITH MY 2013 AND THE TEAM AT JIM ELLIS (ONCE MY HUSBAND GOT INVOLVED, WE WOMEN STILL DON'T GET TREATED LIKE WE KNOW ANYTHING) GOT TO WORK TO REPLACE THE CAR WITH A 2014 WHICH LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THEW ONE I HAD. WHEN THE NEW ONE ARRIVED AT THE DEALER IT WAS A BIT DIFFERENT WITH THE HUB CAPS AND THE EXHAUST TRIM. ONE OF THE GUYS IN A SUIT GOT DOWN ON THE GROUND AND PUT MY HUB CAPS AND EXHAUST PIPE COVERS FROM THE 13 ON TO THE 14.....I DO MISS VERY MUCH AARON THE SERVICE ADVISOR. HE WAS MY ADVISOR AT GOSSETT V.W. AND THEN HE CAME TO WORK FOR YOU....A TERRIFIC GUY WITH LOT'S OF PATIENCE. SINCE YOU WILL NO LONGER BE MAKING THE BUG.... THE ONE I HAVE WILL BE WITH ME UNTIL I DIE! Our First Volkswagen My wife and I purchased a 2018 Passat. We were quickly greeted by a pleasant young man, Clayton Hays. He asked the appropriate questions, our wants and needs, etc. We test drove two cars, a Jetta and the Passat. Clayton was polite, helpful, with a very low pressure demeanor, (important to me) toward our meeting. We decided on a final price with ease, the business rep in finance was also quite pleasant and low pressure about any upsale warranty options. Always great service We brought our 2012 Passat in for 2 recalls and 100,000 mile service. Our service advisor Demarcus Tate was very helpful and got us checked in and adv We brought our 2012 Passat in for 2 recalls and 100,000 mile service. Our service advisor Demarcus Tate was very helpful and got us checked in and advised he would notify us when the repairs were completed and ready for pickup. They completed the recalls and did the scheduled maintenance as promised but Demarcus called and advised us of a potential problem (timing belt) that needed to be addressed. When we picked the car up the next day when I got in the vehicle I noticed a warning light on and went back and asked Demarcus about it. He checked it out and took the vehicle back to the shop and corrected the problem. We have used Demarcus Tate as our service advisor for many years and he always provides superior service and advise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
