I have had ongoing electrical and transmission problems with a 2016 golf SportWagen, even though some of these things have continued after the warranty ran out and haven't been denied assistance from the service department from VW America, Rafael Sandoval and the service department of Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw stepped up to the plate for me and talk to the appropriate people to let them know that I have had trouble with this car for a long time and that they need to overlook the fact that the warranty has run out and look at the history of this individual vehicle. As a result of that I was able to get further repair done on my vehicle. Again I would like to mention the fact that I did not even by my car from Jim Ellis VW and they still have looked out for me to make sure did I get taken care of and the people sitting in the Ivory Towers in the suits in the ties don't take advantage of the customers. A very respectable business that I would recommend to anyone. More
