Leased vehicle service At times I am with Jim Eli’s with last at least 4 or 5 cars plus my other household member for several as well. Seemed to be each time we got car we At times I am with Jim Eli’s with last at least 4 or 5 cars plus my other household member for several as well. Seemed to be each time we got car we got less for our money. I lead car and when I purchase service agreement Inassumed it is cover to when I need service in basic like 10k 20 k and 30k . I was just informed that my service agreement doesn’t cover balance and rotation on tires ? I always had that or if I didn’t I don’t remember but that sound like a basic of service to me . Anyhow I had to pay $60 for balance and rotation on leads / brand new car . After a day I got a card in a mail with complimentary tire rotation.i called to regular refund for my $60 but was informed that card is worthless si ce I would still need balance and to pay for . So who does this ? Marketing ? Why bother to send a card if u know that tire rotation in most cars over 10k would require balance ,(z Just thought u would like to know how I feel kid. Deceived with all this gimmicks on service and your complimentary services add ins . More
