So after the third time, we decided to take it up to JIM Ellis Volkswagen/Kennesaw and spoke with service Advisor Steve and he explained what we need to have done. He was very honest and to the point, which I appreciate, from a service department. After a couple days, waiting on parts to come in, my daughter and I picked up her car and man what a difference in the ride.
