I went in with a few cars in mind but not committed to any particular model or even to buying a car that day. After making an on-line appointment, I arrived and met Gary, who was patient with me as we drove 4 different VWs. Ultimately, I decided on a Tiguan but I wanted my wife to drive it as well. Rather than making a follow up for the next day, he offered to extend the test drive all the way to my house to let my wife drive and my kids see it. Not only did that sell the car to the whole family, it really was above and beyond. The financing process with Kevin made it for a long day into night and I did have to advocate for better financing terms, but I think it all worked out. The team worked hard and I appreciated the effort. I would recommend working with Gary if you get the chance. More

They told me it should go away after diving it about 500 miles and if it didn’t they would take care of it. It’s been several months and well over 500 miles and they won’t even look at the vehicle. They also told me they did a thorough check of the vehicle yet somehow missed a broken motor mount. More

Great Service - but took longer than expected GREAT service - no problem there! but took too long. Made appointment for Sat morn at 11:30 AM (was told it was a good time, since it is outside thei GREAT service - no problem there! but took too long. Great experience, staff are very knowledgeable of the cars I came in for my 20,000 mile service. I also mentioned that I noticed water sloshing around in the rear gate a few months ago (after a night of heavy I came in for my 20,000 mile service. I also mentioned that I noticed water sloshing around in the rear gate a few months ago (after a night of heavy rain). The technicians took the panels off the gate to check for water damage, which thankfully there was none. Everything was covered under the warranty. Arianna was the service employee who was helping me out. She is very knowledgeable of the cars and which parts tend to go wrong. She was also able to thoroughly explain what was checked/cleaned in the rear gate. More
Tire Rotation I went some place else for oil change and was told the bolt was overtighned and could not perform tire rotation. Jim Ellis rotated the tires and also I went some place else for oil change and was told the bolt was overtighned and could not perform tire rotation. Jim Ellis rotated the tires and also there was not any issues with bolt and tires were rotated and exterior car was washed and I was Amazed how clean exterior was. Next oil change I will be going to Jim Ellis More
