Oil change We have always appreciated the service at Jom Ellis. My only concern with this trip, I mentioned the smell of coolant from the engine. The mechanic We have always appreciated the service at Jom Ellis. My only concern with this trip, I mentioned the smell of coolant from the engine. The mechanic stated he could not replicate the smell. After traveling home, I smelled the coolant again and lifted the hood to investigate only to notice my coolant was almost empty in the reservoir bottle. After placing some G 12 coolant, I have not had the smell again. More

We dealt with Jose, who took several hours to discuss options with us and also the pricing package. The price for the new car as well as what they gave me for my trade in were very fair- we compared those to TruCar comps. Another winning factor is the vastly improved warranty on new cars, which is doubled in years and miles compared to the previous VW warranty. We are very pleased with our purchase and will go back to Jim ellis to purchase our next car as well! More

Took our GTI in on the holiday for an emergent EPC/DTC! Ariana took me in following an emergent EPC/DTC light set while traveling on our family vacation. She efficiently processed us in, kept me updated whi Ariana took me in following an emergent EPC/DTC light set while traveling on our family vacation. She efficiently processed us in, kept me updated while I wandered the dealership, and got me out in time to celebrate my grandson's birthday on New Year's Eve. And to boot, the tech team was able to isolate the fault (a coil pack) and clear it, all in less than two hours. Well done! Oh, and the service team sang Happy Birthday for me, too! Hilarious! More
