The response from Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw was so much better than what I received from another local non-VW dealer. From the time I walked in the door, I was listened to and not sold to. Jose is a great salesperson - he answered all our questions and made the buying experience great. Matt in Finance was also incredibly personable and did not pressure me to purchase more bells and whistles than what I wanted. My husband was shopping with me, but Jose and Matt both focused on me and did not defer to my husband. This hasn't been the case when he has gone with me before when I was purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. In fact, this is the second Volkswagen I have purchased from Jim Ellis, along with two Mazdas also purchased from Jim Ellis. There must be something in their training that makes customers want to keep coming back! More
