2018 Atlas I purchased my 2018 Atlas with the assistance of Raul inMarch. I had my 1st service and recall updates performed. I also had an issue with my middle I purchased my 2018 Atlas with the assistance of Raul inMarch. I had my 1st service and recall updates performed. I also had an issue with my middle row seat which was rattling. The service dept was able to locate the issue and replace the part under warranty. DeMarcus Tate provided us with a vehicle until my Atlas service was complete. When my husband picked up my vehicle Jim Ellis service had washed it. What a pleasant surprise. More

This VW dealer has been very fair! I typically take my service needs to an independent mechanic but when I had a computer problem, they said they don't do that type of work, so I took i I typically take my service needs to an independent mechanic but when I had a computer problem, they said they don't do that type of work, so I took it to the Jim Ellis VW dealer in Kennesaw, GA. Although they had never heard of this strange computer glitch that showed I had a rear door that was open, causing my lights to stay on and my battery drain, they were able to quickly reprogram the onboard computer to take care of this problem. (I have a coupe with no rear door, LOL). And the price was much less than I expected, too! I wound up getting that and an oil change done for $150! Last year when I had a flat tire 100 yards from the dealership I pulled in at closing time and they put my spare tire on free of charge until I could get a new tire! I'm impressed with their service. More
