Good service BUT bad smell!!!!! I brought my car in to have the gas gauge fixed. I was given a rental and the problem seems to have been fixed. However when I picked up my car I immediately noticed a strange sour orange smell. It smells like a bad air freshener that might be used to cover up a bad odor. It has Been 2 days and the smell continues to be noticeable every time I get in the car. I would like some to explain what was used in my car and the reason for using it. what can be done to get rid of this smell? More
Half way to satisfaction The heater coil/core in my Volkswagen Routan was replaced in Feb. 2018, almost $900.00. Within a month I returned because of no heat, it was fixed. In the Fall I returned for the same no heat problem, it was fixed for 2 days and I had to return the vehicle again. When my husband carried it back, it was determined the thermostat was broken. The customer service personnel are amazing. Very courteous and are empathetic when sharing a large quote, this is most appreciated. My vehicle is always returned cleaned and ready to ride. Thank you! The waiting area is comfortable and child friendly; I was able to work undisturbed, while a parent entertained their child in the play area. Thank you! I just wish I did not have to return so many times, maybe it was possible to determine if the thermostat was broken on the 2nd visit instead of the 4th. More

I never leave disappointed! Stopped in a week ago for some new wiper blades. The cost was less than several auto parts businesses and they were also put on at no additional cost. Stopped in a week ago for some new wiper blades. The cost was less than several auto parts businesses and they were also put on at no additional cost. It was drizzling but they still got my car washed for me. Stopped in again this week for a recall. Everyone was friendly and it only took an hour. Shout out to Arianna for giving me one of her Christmas cookies, it was delicious. They always make sure my cars are serviced right and taken care of. Feels more like family now. More
