He was happy to find any vehicle I had in mind and waited out in the cold for me to pick the color I liked best (Dark Iron Blue). When I had questions about an accessory, Gary pulled another vehicle off the lot to demonstrate it. We were able to reach a decent deal after little negotiating. JIM ELLIS VW KENNESAW needs to be black listed. Five days after I left my VW with this company,got the phone call, come and get it. WE (the tech) have it fixed and ready. VW is washed and pulled into service bay. Key is presented and I crank up my little VW and the motor is shaking and quaking my whole car. I decide this is not right,my little VW is running worse than when I left it here. Test drive away from JIM ELLIS VOLKSWAGEN KENNESAW. Before the first red light on Barrett Parkway the check engine light flashes on and stays on, heater won't heat,etc. Drive it back to JEVK. Turn it and key back in to service tech. I make sure service tech has my contact numbers. Now this was over 24 hours ago. Still haven't been contacted about my VW!!!!
