Unfortunately I sat in the waiting room at least 30 minutes longer than necessary because of some sort of communication break down. I must have been in the bathroom when he came to get me, but maybe he should have come back a couple minutes after just to see if I was there. He called my husbands cell even though the main number on the contract is my cell. Then he called my home phone and left a message there. Never called my cell. No big deal, I had nothing else on my schedule that day, but just hoping to offer some constructive criticism. Mari Owen More
