He showed me around the entire facility, was product knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I also worked with the Sales Manager Frank Dickerson and this team took good care of me. I came back again with the same pleasant experience and ended up buying the Touareg after being made a fair offer without pressure. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. From the person who greets you when you pull your car in to the service advisor to the sales person I talked to, all were very friendly, helpful and professional. The service waiting area is very clean with comfortable furniture. My wife’s vehicle was ready when they said it would be and they took care of the recall issue.
