They very quickly checked my tires to make sure that nothing was wrong (and nothing was), put air in the tire that was low and told me to contact them if the light should reappear. So far, so good. The technician explained everything, took care of my car even though I didn't have an appointment and they were very busy, and allowed me to leave with confidence that my issue had been properly addressed, and I'd been taken professionally care of. Wait time was longer than I expected I was very pleasantly surprised that my 10,000 mile service was free (I had been given a quote of $85.00). As far as I know, this was only an oil change, fluid check, tire check, but I waited for 2 hours on a Saturday morning. I probably would not post any review except the car wash they do when they return your car is just running a hose pipe over your car, as far as I could tell. It was not a very good wash, and they don't touch the interior at all. I really like the staff, though. Very nice and professional. More

He and Curtis made the entire process very simple and quick. There is a bit of a hard sell on the extended warranty and prepaid service contract. I declined these products but I am sure they are perfect for some other people. I could not be happier with this dealership so far, and I look forward to bringing them my business in the future.
