. I have not had a serious problem with the car The only experience with the service department was obtaining a spare tire and jack for the new car. They also showed me how to remove the headrest. Lights on dashboard lit up like Christmas. I had called on Friday, 8/31 and had to leave a message with the service department and no one called me back. Arianna Durham, Service Advisor listened to my issue, went ahead and got me scheduled immediately for diagnostic and kept me informed as to what was going on. They had the faulty sensor replaced (all under warranty) and had me back on the road asap! More
