He and Curtis made the entire process very simple and quick. There is a bit of a hard sell on the extended warranty and prepaid service contract. I declined these products but I am sure they are perfect for some other people. I could not be happier with this dealership so far, and I look forward to bringing them my business in the future. Wait time was longer than I expected I was very pleasantly surprised that my 10,000 mile service was free (I had been given a quote of $85.00). As far as I know, this was only an oil chan I was very pleasantly surprised that my 10,000 mile service was free (I had been given a quote of $85.00). As far as I know, this was only an oil change, fluid check, tire check, but I waited for 2 hours on a Saturday morning. I probably would not post any review except the car wash they do when they return your car is just running a hose pipe over your car, as far as I could tell. It was not a very good wash, and they don't touch the interior at all. I really like the staff, though. Very nice and professional. More
