Fit me in with no problems I showed up after calling ahead 15 minutes prior. The service team fit me in as if I'd had an appointment. What was extra cool is that another customer literally came up to the manager while I'm standing there and thanked him for helping his daughter out with her VW. That says alot these days, that a person would go out of there way and shake your hand and say thank you. The VW Barrett Pkwy service team is great!! More

oil change, bulb replacement and air bag light check Sorry for the delay i have been extremely busy. I had an appointment I waited for two hrs.the customer serv. guy came the the waiting and said that th Sorry for the delay i have been extremely busy. I had an appointment I waited for two hrs.the customer serv. guy came the the waiting and said that they were done with the oil and changing the bulbs but I had short in the wiring of one of my air bags. He told me it was going to be $300-$400 dollars to fix. I said no I'll fix it myself..when I got in my car my rear view mirror was on the dash I dont know why anyone would need to remove my mirror. The air bag light wasn't on anymore and has not came back on since I was there. Seams pretty suspicious like some one just hooked it up to a computer turned the light and then tried to charge me for a serv. that was not needed in the first place More
